How do I setup a CRUSH Pro?
How does the CRUSH Pro work?
The CRUSH Pro device is an accessory to the CRUSH software. The device connects to WiFi, not your phone, to transfer recorded audio. You do not need your phone to operate the CRUSH Pro.
What is your return policy?
We will refund the purchase of a CRUSH Pro within 14 days of purchase. If your purchase included the CRUSH AI Access Plan, the plan will be canceled. Your user account and any data associated with your account will remain active, and you can opt to use the CRUSH software with the in-app purchase of a monthly or annual plan. You can find the Subscription information in the Account section of the mobile and web app.
What is the CRUSH AI Access Plan, and why do I need it?
The CRUSH AI Access Plan is the subscription that powers all of CRUSH’s advanced AI features, including speech-to-text transcription, AI-generated summaries, intelligent note organization, and interactive search capabilities.
Do I need the CRUSH Pro device to use the app?
You do not need the CRUSH Pro to use the app. Both the mobile and web app are fully functional, and you can record directly into both apps.
Is my data secure, and where is it?
Your data generated through our application is encrypted in-transit and at-rest. It is stored on AWS-East servers in the United States. It is your data and yours only.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export all of your data into text, PDF, and CSV.
Is there an Apple Watch integration?
Yes, CRUSH integrates with Apple Watch, allowing you to record notes directly from your watch.
CRUSH uses AI. Do you train a model?
CRUSH does not train any Large Language Models (LLMs).
